PAC Meetings
The Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) meeting is held every month during the school year. A printable copy of the planned agenda or resulting minutes is available by clicking the listed item. Please check in at the office before attending the meetings. The following dates are scheduled:

The Southeast Region Parent Advisory Committee and A-Team will be held at Greenspun Junior High School. These dates are on Thursdays and the meetings begin at 9:30 a.m. Click on the host school name for directions from Schofield Middle School. Please check in at the front office before attendning the meetings.

"F Troop" meetings for District "F"
Ms. Edwards is the School Board Trustee for District F, which includes our school. Her monthly meetings are called “F-Troop Meetings.” There is a topic of discussion and an opportunity to learn more about the district at each meeting. The meeting dates and places are shown below. All meeting start at 9:30 a.m. Click the host school name for driving directions from Schofield Middle School.

ParentLink is a web based parent communication tool that provides families with current grades, attendance, and cafeteria balances. ParentLink has a messaging system that will automatically dial home phone numbers to provided attendance information and messages for the school. The messages that are sent, are also available to the parent for rereading. Should our Schofield MS Parent/Guardian need to be reminded of their login and password, or request a login and password for the first time, Schofield MS Parents/Guardians may e-mail a request to "277ParentLink@interact.ccsd.net" .

Please include in the e-mail message your full name, your student's full name, your student's Student ID, and a home phone number. If you do not have an e-mail account, click here, ParentLink-Request User Code(s) , for a printable form, that can be sent with your student to our counseling office, to request the parent/guardian codes. ParentLink requests are typically handled within 48 hours of the receipt of the e-mail or the form.

Grade Days and Report Card Dates

Quarter 1

Visit parentlink.ccsd.net to see your child's grades.
Teachers will begin posting grades during the week of September 5.

Unsatisfactory Notice One for First Quarter is September 26, 2008.

Unsatisfactory Notice Two for First Quarter is October 13, 2008.

The First Quarter ends on October 27, 2008.

Quarter 1 Report Cards distributed November 19, 2008.

Quarter 2

Unsatisfactory Notice One for Second Quarter is December 5, 2008.

Unsatisfactory Notice Two for Second Quarter is December 19, 2008.

The Second Quarter ends on January 16, 2008.

Report cards distributed on February 4, 2008.

Quarter 3

Unsatisfactory Notice One for Third Quarter is February 20, 2009.

Unsatisfactory Notice Two for Third Quarter is March 11, 2009.

The Third Quarter ends on March 25, 2009.

Report cards distributed on April 15, 2009.

Quarter 4

Unsatisfactory Notice One for Fourth Quarter is May 1, 2009.

Unsatisfactory Notice Two for Fourth Quarter is May 15, 2009.

The Fourth Quarter ends on June 4, 2009.

Report cards mailed home on June 15, 2009.
